It offers clean rooms, and has polite staff from door man to manager. The bathrooms are spacious.

The pastries and fruit were a nice bonus. The room was super clean and modern, with an awesome view and a bed placed by the window - so cool! Plus, there was an amazing breakfast spread. 🌟

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was close to all the main attractions and shops, and I could easily walk to everything. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The breakfast included in the room rate was bountiful and everything was fresh. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help.

Rooms are great-sized and well-designed with a gorgeous view to Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle, a bed against the window plus great breakfast, food is outstanding.

We loved the prime location, just steps away from the Duomo and shopping district. The modern and clean decor of the hotel was a plus. The staff was hospitable and friendly, making check-in quick and easy. The room had a great view, was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was superb. The management was top-notch, providing excellent service.

The decoration of the hotel - the location

The room is too small and the bed is not compatible for 2 persons. Overall its not comfortable hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel at home during our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short walk away. This made it really easy for us to explore the city and make the most of our city break. the hotel was clean and luxurious, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay.

While the location of the hotel was great for exploring the city, it did come with some drawbacks. The noise from the street performers and crowds outside the hotel made it a bit noisy at times, which affected our sleep.

Nothing that I don't like

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Milan. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. From the hotel, I could easily walk to major attractions like the iconic Duomo and the famous Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The rooms had amazing views of the Galleria, with some even having beds positioned against the windows. Waking up to such a gorgeous sight was truly a treat. Another highlight was the attentive staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. The service was top-notch and the breakfast provided was delicious. this hotel offered excellent value for money and attention to detail, making it a memorable stay.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff and the location while everything else isn't good at all.

Room extremely small. Showers are lousy to use and makes the whole bathroom wet and even the room gets wet due to the tiny size . It is very expensive for what it is . For sure I will never stay at this hotel again
